  Instead of communicating effectively with the problematic student and rattling listening to them and their issue at hand, some traditional school teachers find it easier to refer them to the principal or vice-principal because they do not have time to deal with the interruptions caused by these students as they intermeddle with meeting the deadlines of the curriculum.  As a criminal investigator, I learned that some of these students were repeat juvenile offenders because they lacked a model of leaders in their lives.  They also lacked the tools needed to overcome their life of delinquency.  My experiences as a criminal investigator taught me that it can be vexed for some traditional school teachers and even some law enforcement officers to humanize these juvenile offenders because of their crimes.  At one point, my mindset was if you get a line the law you suffer the...
