Determining whether or not a viable fetus is considered a psyche has been a constant struggle for many geezerhood in our society. The conclusion to that affirmation is imperative to many different resultant roles. One main issue that has a lot of dispute concerning this topic is whether or not a pregnant woman should be punished for exposing her fetus to risk.
