Fall Report

Overview: Fall quarter for CCR is a sens of prep work. At the arrestning of the quarter, I made a timeline of the year that included all of CCRs responsibilities and when things were to be through for each. The list of our responsibilities includes:

Based on this list, we assigned jobs within our subcommittee so people would know what they were going away to be working on. Next quarter provide be a lot busier as we will need to begin working on more than of the above items.

Sponsorships: One of the study things we worked on this quarter was sponsorships. This year, we decided to change from a sponsorship letter to a sponsorship brochure which was a huge undertaking. We got quotes from both Kinkos and UGS and decided to go with UGS as they were significantly cheaper. Fundraisers: Our major fundraiser this quarter was the Santa fundraiser. It was a huge winner this year. Libby was in charge of this event, so her report should detail more about what she did.
