In this essay leave alone discuss the things about myself being in the free radical, the responding to different ideas and opinions being presented in the base, my ideas challenged, understanding of group process and an awargonness and elan of being in the group impacted on the group process. Awareness of how I will continue to develop self-awareness for my overlord practice and the strengths i will bring to nursing practice.
Students are to collect information, their findings and deliver a formal performance to the group. In the reflection process, self-awareness always awakes me in the group or assists me in the group. According to Jennifer (2011):
