I thought that I should die back to school to better my chances of obtaining substantial employment because I am a single mother of a 4 year old little girl who I called Siara and I am on welfare. All of my life I never thought that I would be a static, when I was 16 years old I graduated from Normandy High School with Honors I knew I needed a item so I sat down and thought about what my relate were and cooking came to mind so I enrolled into Saint Louis chore Corps Center and took up Culinary Arts.
I genuinely enjoyed to cook and my dream was to own my own provide federation one day. June 18, 1998 I was 18 years old and I was finally finished with my education I obtained my cooking degree and I got a job at a catering company and life was going wonderful I travel out on my own and was making really favourable money for myself but once I turned 24 years old my life took a turn for the worst. I was riding with my aunty and she had a seizure while driveway and we had a horrible car accident which caused me to have a estimable ankle fracture, I could not believe it my right ankle was broking and my cooking certificate turned into scrape paper.
