When it comes to operating a prospered business, organizations can best achieve the goals and objectives of the comp either by undermentioned the four perishs of management. The four functions of management are mean, organizing, leading, and controlling. The following penning discusses the four functions of management, and also explains how each function relates to my own organization.
The maiden function of management is planning. Planning is the most important looking at of all functions of management. Managers collaborate by coming up with plans to try how he or she must achieve the goals and objectives of the company. In all organization, such information can be obtained from the company missionary work statement or from the vision of the company. Setting specific goals, and objectives, and macrocosm consistent with the delivery of the plan are key factors to the advantage of the company. For example, in the organization where I am employed as a decorator, the office manager possesses organizational skills, managing skills, future planning skills, and the ability to multitask. These skills are necessary for this line of work.




The second function of management is organizing. Organizing is essential to any company once a plan has been put in place. This function of management consists of a renewing of roles employees play on the job, and ensures that employees are providing the needed serve for that job. For example, my employer requires that all employees be available to work morning, evening, and night shifts. This is because of the variety of events, and times needed for the set-up or hang-up down of any event. Employees must be flexible, and available to work as needed. During the spend when the company is the busiest, there may be 2-4 set-ups or tear downs in one day. Sometimes there is not plenteous staff to covet these jobs.
