Fazal-e-Muqeem 10 January, 2011 Preface This project was depute by our respected instructor Prof. Chaudhry Fazal-E-Muqeem to take apart the strategy of both successful Pakistani Company and we selected the case study of Nirala Sweets. At start it seemed to be an easy task because most of the table of contents involve by the teacher were understood but as we progressed on the project, we realized that its a tough assignment. During this study we touched Nirala sweets from different aspect and by making this superior project we gain a lot of knowledge as regards to SDRM from multiple dimensions. The project was also having lot of limitations especially associate to data collection somewhat Nirala Sweets and also lack of subsist on our part as none of our group component had ever worked in this field.

Despite of all these problems we with the Grace of almighty Allah and in the backdrop of valuable knowledge imparted to us by the learned professor Chaudhry Fazal-e- Muqeem, we were able to give our best exertion and successfully completed this tough task. The whole project was precise interesting and we have learned a lot about the strategy making in general and of Nirala specially.
